Warranty instructions

Warranty period: All watches purchased from our online store have a two (2) year manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty conditions:

1. The warranty covers :

   • Manufacturing defects
   • Material defects

2. The warranty does not cover :

   • Normal wear and tear
   • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
   • Damage caused by improper use, maintenance or repair
   • Damage caused by water ingress to watches whose water resistance has been exceeded

Using the warranty:

1. Deliver the watch to an official dealer.
2. Present the warranty certificate that came with the watch.
3. Show the purchase receipt.

Please note:

• All warranty services must be done through official dealers.
• In connection with warranty service, the watch can be sent to a service center authorized by the manufacturer for inspection and repair.
• Please take care of the warranty certificate and purchase receipt, because without these the warranty is not valid.
